I’ve booked flight from AirAsia in April. Due to my personal reasons I’ve cancelled the booking. I was suppose to get a refund of 1500 INR but I didn’t get this till now. Whenever I had contacted through several mails & messenger(FB) they said that they have refunded the amount to source account. But the card number that they had mention via their official FB account was not the source account, in fact the account doesn’t below to me. I’m attaching the SS for your reference.
