I received a message from AirAsia on 28 Jan 2021, refund of Ticket amount for PNR N5UK6K, which the flight got cancelled due to Covid-19 travel restrictions. But the amount has not been refunded till now.
I have raised multiple complaints with AirAsia, but no resolution. They are just closing the complaint without any resolution.
