The couple passengers checked in and boarded on time with having boarding pass in hand but the staff of air India Airlines Srinagar, specially Miss Nazia Lateef Manager Commercial of senior Security has stopped and misbehaved with the passengers, there were 3 male staff and this female lady, the male staff was using abusive language with lady passenger Gazala, when lady passenger requested the staff to let them go as they might miss the flight he started pushing and slapping her due to which the lady passenger fell on the ground, still he was using abusive language and when his co passenger came in front and asked not to behave like this he then also scrambled with Mohommed Juber Khan, kicked him and forcefully stopped him and co- passenger for boarding the flight and snatched the Boarding passes too from their hands. This entire incident has been recorded in the cctv camera of the Srinagar airport and many passengers made the video and snapped the pictures too. The staff was continuously misbehaving with the couple passengers for 8 hours. Mohommed juber khan has been harassed and mentally torched by the female staff and the male staff was verbally and physically harassing Gazal manzoor the lady passenger

is this is the way air India is welcoming their respected passenger for flights and give services by mentally harassing and defaming them in best way possible by treating them as if they were terrorist. .
