I have purchased 2 Air India round trip tickets for Passenger mentioned below to travel from Ahmedabad to Toronto on 10th June 2020 and Toronto to Ahmedabad on 30th Sept. 2020 with booking reference no. PNR: YBYXL(AI).
Due to Covid-19 situation, as a safe measure, I would not prefer my parents to travel and possibility get infected with Covid-19 so I requested cancellatiom of both tickets on February 22nd 2021 which was accepted on same day and replied from air India e-commerce that within 3 to 5 weeks I will get my refund. It has been 17 weeks now since refund request accepted, I still did not receive my refund to credit card which leaves a very poor and irresponsible customer service remark on Air India. I want to submit this complaints against Air India to provide my refund as soon as possible.
