My flight Air India got cancelled due to operational reasons, and i had given request on 22nd April 2021, & again on 4th May 2021 for the refund and still there is no communication from Air India till now. When called customer care last week they told we have forwarded Refund Application [protected] for 098-[protected] to Air India on 28 April Request you to please intervene and get it resolved.
