We booked business class, for me and my wife from Bangalore to Sanfrancisco. Due to pandemic flights have been rescheduling.This should be free of additional cost but air India charged, for their rescheduling from 5 August to 12 August. PNR Y10B9. Must refund to Travel agent as DGCA has given guide lines not to collect Rescheduling charges. Air India is the worst in customer care
