It’s been more than 2 months, I have still not received the cancelation amount of Rs. 1, 45, 581 for the ticket booked with Air India. Due to flight suspension from India to Canada, my flight was cancelled and I was promised a full refund.
Every time I call the customer care they say wait for a week and you will definitely receive the refund. The company’s policy of 21 days for refund doesn’t hold any value. I have lost the trust from this airline. Seems like there is no one to question them and they are taking customer’s money for granted.
