I have booked Air India flight Ticket Numbers[protected],[protected]PNR Number – J834L)for the flight AI425 from Delhi to Kannur scheduled on 17 April 2021. The flight was rescheduled and I cancelled the tickets through Air India customer care executive on 14 April 2021. I have also written to [protected]@airindia.in on same day for initiation of refund. More than a month has passed and no refund has been received yet and not even an intimation from [protected]@airindia.in regarding the same. I have also registered a complaint with [protected]@airindia.in, however no action been taken so far.
