Had cancelled my Air India e-ticket no.[protected] on 24 Feb 21through Air India call centre. The ticket was fully refundable as was also confirmed by call Centre during cancellation.The ticket was for travel on 25 Feb 21 on Delhi- Kochi sector.
Inspire of my repeated call to call centre, the refund of Ra 17264 has still not received by me even after more than 45 days. The case I’d for call centre complaint is 08531122 dated 21 Mar 21.
It is requested that refund of Rs 17264 along with interest be credited to me.
