Due to rescheduling / cancellation of AIR INDIA flight twice, I was forced to travel by another airline at a higher fare. So I have raised a request for cancellation of the above ticket for full refund. Your Customer Care executive told that it will take 21 days from the date of cancellation to credit the proceeds to your account, from which you have paid for it. When I called after completion of 21 days, they asked me to wait another 10 days. Today, after more than a month, when I called Customer Care, they again told me that the cancellation process will take another 10 to 21 days from now onwards. It is very clear that how you people are harassing Air India passengers.
