I have booked a ticket from HYD to DXB on[protected]. Booking was made by making call to customer care and they sent me payment link to the provided email and I have made the payment of 9087inr through my debit card. Then they gave me PNR Y4GGX and received mail but not the ticket. Same was informed to customer care team and asked for the ticket then they said I it will done by ticketing team within 3-4hours. Based on their words I have waited till next day morning, no reply from them. Then I have called customer care and provided PNR details. They said my PNR is cancelled due to non availability of seats. It was not my fault. Since, no booking was made I have requested for the refund of my money which I have paid for. Now, the confusion starts. 1) As per telephonic conversation they said they have initiated refund process. But no reference I’d provided for this
2)Asked me to mail ecommerce team. Done the same. Received automated reply as you will be contacted within 24hours. It was almost 4days no one contacted me.
3) I am sending reminders to them continuously, but no response.
Requesting you to kindly do the needful
