I am dealing 3 different flight cancellation trips with Air India for different dates. I suppose to take connecting International flight, I cannot wait to book other flight from other location. (details are below).
By this way, I ended up with 3 cancellation of flights in few days. Send several refund requesting emails with reminder to [protected]@airindia.in. No response at all.
Called Air India service desk. I can say, useless service. Call and repeat the whole story again and again to new receiver. Raise a ticket. Replay saying Air India will call back. Noting has happened. 3 months now.
As an Indian, Air India is our identity airline to represent Internationally. Such experience and slow services is not a good example for ourselves and for nation.

Date of booking – 20.04.2021
Flight was cancelled by Airlines due to Technical Reason
Refund Status – Waiting for refund, Non Receipt of Refund yet.
Trip3:
Planned ate of travel – 24.04.2021 (Diu to Mumbai) – AI9624
Date of booking – 22.04.2021
Flight was cancelled due to Covid situation by Airline
Refund Status – Waiting for refund, Non Receipt of Refund yet.
