I have been double charged for airtickets by Airindia when I booked tickets online via web portal .I have contacted customer care many times, wrote to e-commerce and contact us and couple of mail IDs..also visited Airindia Kochi office in person .they advised to write to e-commerce team and they are not giving any response to mails .Kindly help me with refund as it is now delayed by 5 months .Case ID with Airindia is – Case ID: 07268372
