Its been more than 92 days I have cancelled my international Air india flight ticket from Tokyo to Mumbai, but still not received any refund.
Customer support team never respond on call or even on “[protected]@airindia.in”.
Its been totally unprofessional way to workout as their policy says refund will get max in 45 days. But in my case its exactly double time elapsed, still no response.
