So on 22/11/2020 I bought 2 plane tickets from BOM to CCU. Due to the Covid I needed o cancel the trip and asked for the refund. So I canceled the flight and they said they will charge some cancellation fees and return the rest on our Credit Card. But since December 2020 I am still now waiting for the money.
This is insane… Very fustrating. I called them 5 time and promise me they will refund within 30 days . They ask me to send emails here and there. I send atlest 5 emails to them and almost begging them to refund the money but they don´t even give a reply to my emails.
The worst airline I ever saw that doen´t care about their customers at all.
If I don´t receive a reply even after posting here I will take some firm measures against Air India.
