Dear Sirs,

I have cancelled my air-ticket No.[protected] for the sectors VTZ-MUM-HYD on 14th February 2021 owing to rescheduling of the flight from MUM-HYD on 7th March 2021 (Booking reference No. HJMTM).During the cancellation of my flight, I had been told that full refund will be granted and accordingly a case ID was generated. The case ID No. related to the cancellation is 07840411.

I have not received any update on the refund status. Kindly let me know the latest position and help me in getting the refund as soon as possible.

The massive rescheduling of flights due to situations arising out of COVID 19 restrictions by various countries, along
with the nationwide Lockdown till 31May20, has resulted in an unprecedentedly huge volume of refund request via email
which have to be processed with the limited human resources at our disposal.

We understand your predicament, and sincerely regret the inconvenience caused due to this unintentional delay.
Please be advised that refund of your ticket has been initiated as per rules. In addition to that we have added your Booking
in HIGH PRIORITY REFUND List forwarded to the concerned department for fast processing of refunds.

Dear sirs
Kindly refer to my Email dated 1st March 2021 regarding full refund of my air ticket (Booking reference No. HJMTM and refund case ID No.[protected] and your reply thereto dated 2nd March 2021 indicating that refund of my ticket has been initiated and have added the same in HIGH PRIORITY REFUND List. Although a month and half passed, I have not received the refund nor any update in the matter. When we talked to your customer service today (15th April), we were told that refund has already been made on 8th of March to my bank account but on verification it was found that no such refund was made to my account. As such, It will be highly appreciated if you could kindly initiate immediate action and see that the amount is refunded forthwith without any further delay.

Dear sirs,
Kindly refer to my messages on the above subject. I have given to understand by your Customer Care that the refund has been effected as on 8th March 2021 but I find that my account with HDFC Bank was not credited with the refund so far. Bank statement for the period from 7th February to 1st April 2021 is attached for your reference. We have been constantly pursuing the issue with you but we do not get any update from your end. I would be grateful if the refund is remitted to my HDFC bank account no. [protected] without further delay.
