I booked a ticket on Air India‘s website in Jan 2021 at the cost o[censored]S$ 1830.60. The Eticket no is[protected].
The ticket was cancelled end of Jan 2021. As per the terms US$100 was to be deducted and the remainder should be refunded. Despite repeated follow up with the Air India customer care the same has not been processed. Air India keeps requesting for same information everytime and asks for details to be sent as as escalation email to their e-commerce website – which has been done at my end.
The last call was placed on 27th March where they confirmed that the payment has been refunded to my credit card and I informed them that the refund has in fact not been credited. They again asked me to send the refund details (refund no 0983G143955VB data 17th March 2021 as per Air India representative) to their ecommerce email addresses ([protected]@airindia.in; escalation.[protected]@airindia.in) – which has also been done at my end.
Kindly help with the overdue payments from Air India.
