I had booked air ticket for my father and decided to shift him for 2 days.
I had called customer care to know the cancellation penalty and I was committed that I will get full refund. I agreed and gave permission to cancel the ticket.
After waiting for more then 4 month I got refund of only Rs456.
I called to customer care to enquire about the reason and was told that this was travel agent booking and full refund is applicable only if ticket was booked through air India website or app.
I spoke to supervisor ankush chauhan on 07/05/from air India call center and he said he will check the recording and I will get response in 24 hours. Todays is 13th may and so far I have not received any response.
I have called several time to the customer care and I am not getting proper help.
