I had booked tickets for my mom dad and my brother to travel from Raipur-Kolkata on 20th July 2021. They all got RT PCR test done and my my mom got positive for Covid-19 and my dad and brother was negative. Hence immediately we all isolated ourselves as per govt guildlines. I immediately called the customer care and got the open tickets for them the PNR for Alka Agarwal is YVFV5
and Open ticket confirmation is 10903581. And the pnr for Gokul and Rishi Agarwal is HT118 and open ticket confirmation no 10906144.
I would like to reschedule the tickets for Gokul and Rishi Agarwal for 23rd July 2021
I was given city office number I called them and got a reply that there is no city office in Raipur hence I would have to write an email to [protected]@airindia.in I did but in reply I receive an automated email stating that I need to call customer care.. can anyone help??
