With reference to the above mentioned subject, I was supposed to travel on 20th May 2020 from Abu Dhabi to Varanasi but the flight was cancelled by Air India coz there was a complete lockdown due to Covid19 .
Post which refund request was initiated to ecommerce help desk on 18th May 2020 and till date refund is not yet credited back to my account even after repeated reminders and follow-ups. both emails and calls have been made to get my refund back to my account . the matter was also acknowledge by ecommerce help desk but still there is no action for the refund.
Could you please help me to get my refund back as it’s been a more than 12 months
