Hi have 3 open tickets with Air India which mentioned below:

i have been chasing their people for getting the refund on the above 3 tickets as i could not use the flights due to global lockdown. I have made around 100 calls and everytime i hear that my tickets are still open inspite of telling the person on other end that please put my ticket on refund. Everytime there is a new story.
This is pure harassment as it seems no action has been taken and they are just buying time and trouble the customer. I would want this matter to be resolved ASAP and ask an management representative to respond to the email that has been provided in this e-ticket number.
