I am following up with Air India Express since April 2021 for the refund of my cancelled trip ( Booking ref: SUNNQR) due to covid 19 travel ban. i have sent more than 10 emails to customer care and finance dept. as advised by customer care representatives. Most of the time I have received system generated replies only. On May 15 I have received an email from customer support, mentioned that” you will receive refund shortly”. But last week I have contacted them again, but they informed me that in their system it is showing the status is “under process”. I am getting this reply from customer service for the last 2 months. Please look into the matter and kindly do the needful.
