I had cancelled my Air India ticket due to the COVID-19 issues and had applied for a refund for my air ticket four months ago, and I have not received it yet. I was told that the refund will be processed within 4 weeks and yet I have not received it even after 4 months. Despite my repeated attempts through emails and customer service calls to get the refund of the flight from Toronto to Bangalore dated 20th February 2021, the customer support or e-commerce Air India has failed in resolving the query. Each time I call the customer service department, they say they don’t deal with refunds, and any information about refunds can be obtained by emailing the e-commerce team of Air India. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Air India. I have been dropping several emails, and yet I get no response from them. My request to you is to please help me in getting my refund from Air India as soon as possible. Thank you.
