Air India Express — Cancellation Ticket money not refunded

Hi,

I have booked the ticket from Singapore to Thiruchirapalli on October

Number – SCELNL
Name – PANDIARAJAN RAMASAMY

And cancelled the ticket after cancellation they told they will refund SGD 42 within 14 days but almost 2 months running now I have reported many times in customer care it was not getting solved.

I draft a mail many times to the finance department as per guidelines by the customer care department.

Kindly check and resolve my issues.
