I booked ticket for my helper from Chennai to Singapore to travel on 17-May-21. Due to COVID surge in India, Singapore Govt announced restrictions i.e. only Singaporean and Permanent Resident can enter Singapore. Due to this reason I cancelled the ticket, refund was not full amount by the way though there is genuine reasons. Still I accepted for whatever they agreed to refund.
While cancelling the ticket I have been told that the refund amount will be credited to my account in 14 days. Now its more than 3 months, havent received the amount yet.
“Please send email to CustomerServices and Finance department”, this is what the regular reply I get from 24 X 7 hotline number. No response to emails.
Booking Ref No GPDWHI. Not sure when I will be getting.
