This is regarding our earlier flight to Dubai from Mangalore. I had booked our ticket for 6th may, But because of flight suspension we were unable to travel on the said date. So I had called Air India Express customer care and cancelled my flight, and the customer care representative told me that a refund has been initiated and I would receive the full refund within 15 days, but it’s more than 15 days now and I still haven’t received my refund yet. So I called the customer care again on 24th May and they told to mail me to [protected]@airindiaexpress.com, but still no reply. Called them again on 28th May they are saying to mail it to [protected]@airindiaexpress.com and [protected]@airindiaexpress.com.
Please help me in getting my money back!
