I purchased doha – kochi ticked from qatar on online (As attached). The ticket confirmation number is bnnugc & the travel date was 12th june 2020. The flight cancelled by air india express due to the covid 19.
The passenger travelled to kochi on repatriation flight on 01.07.2020 boarding pass attached, as the passenger was on visit visa she cannot use the ticket in future.
I sent several email to aie and finally received the replay on 18th february 2021 as below…
