Air India Express — Takes ages to refund for cancelled flight

Booking reference : SUOYKN, Date of flight booking : 21st Oct’20

My flight from Trichy to Singapore was cancelled and were told that the money will be refunded and that we need to book an alternate ticket for travel.

My 33K paid through credit card is yet to be refunded and I have to pay interest to the bank on that because that the money is not refunded.

I have been calling many times the hotline and send email to customer support all with no proper response.

I need my money to be refunded asap. Pls. take immediate action.
