I had booked a ticket(Book Ref: HUTVVW)from India to UAE (COK to DXB) on July 08 for emergency.Due to travel restriction Air India Express cancelled the ticket and rescheduled to July-21 without taking any feedback from me.I cannot reschedule to other dates based on Air India Express Convenience. When i am asking for refund Customer care saying there will be penalty of 4500Rs for cancellation & Refund.
Is it my fault for getting this penality?? All other flight service at least they will provide 1 year voucher for future use, That also air India express not providing. So i request to take necessary action to get the full amount reimbursement or 1 year valid voucher. Otherwise please do not start ticket booking without clear information about the travel restriction.It is not only my problem, but also people booked tickest for coming to UAE..
