I am using airlink internet from last 5 years but from last 3 month my net is not working properly and closed for 2 months near about.
Kindly check my previous complain so you got how much your airlink engineers lingering the matter and not solve the problem.
Till today from last 16 days my net is again not working and after threr days of complain till my issue is not resolved.. kindly give my money back if you are not provide proper service to customer
In last 3 must i had complained more then 7 times and every time net is not fixed.
In last 3 month my net was not working in 21 days twice in which one 21 days given grace by your time and second case ia still pending at your end
Kindly resolved my query regarding grace period and pl ensure proper solutions of internet or refund my money as soon as possible.
