My connection is not working from 5th August 2020.
I have lots of complaint to airlink customer care as well mail to nodal and support team.
But till now my issue is not resolved.
As I have visited to office at adajan surat,
but there is staff member (known TL of our area), not answering about my complaint and used bad word with me.(TL Name: Hemant)
I have complaint here with hope to change mind set of those people who are taking disadvantage of their post.
I just want to clarify that whether they will provide solution within 24 hours or refund my remain amount and remove box from my terrace within 24 hours.
