Hii, I am Raunak and I bought airtel broadband 1 month ago at a 100mbps speed which I was getting till one month and fron four days the upload speed is nearly 20-30 mbps. When I complaint about it to airtel they assigned me a person but the person didn’t even talked me about the issue and airtel marked the issue as resolved in the app. When I called them again they again assigned a person but I have not got any respond till now i.e 48 hours and they assure to resolve your problem in 24 hours..
