I have been utterly disappointed by the service provided by Airtel. In september 2020, I have purchased airtel my wifi hotspot device. It always shows green light instead of blue and when I performed the speed test it is extremely low, most of the times below 1 Mbps which is pathetic as there is lot of hindrance and I have been paying around 900 rupees per month to stare at a buffering screen most of the times. I am a postpaid platinum customer and have lodged complaints on the my airtel thanks app for around 4 times in the past two months and nothing has been resolved. There are several customers who would blame their own selves and their devices but would fail to recognize the horrendous service of Airtel. I would request for quicker and an effective solution to this issue of slow network.
