I have an Airtel postpaid connection, for more than three years. The bill plan is 299. In April 2021, I am receiving a bill 1800+, with a bill plan 1599. I raised a complaint. Got information that it has been done through Airtel Thanks App. I have never initiated any bill plan change. On March 27, I have just paid the bill for March. They say the plan change is done online by customer. I am tired of this type of fraud. Airtel denied to revert the blan to 299. They denied to revert the bill as well to old billing plan. This is totally unacceptable. Day time cheating. If they get money like this, it is not going to benefit them anyway, they will only end up inheriting what is as per law.
