I requested for deactivation of Airtel broadband connection on 02 May 2021. Airtel app is showing the resolution date as 16 Jun 2021. Why 45 days required for deactivating a service. This is not fair. Trying to reach airtel customer care, they aren’t giving proper response. Why should have to extra 45 days.
