I have a dth connection ([protected]-001). I have asked for relocation request. The service engineer came and he took my xtreambox saying he need to replace it. But it is almost more than a week, there is no reply or proper response from airtel customer services. They did not return the damaged box as well. My DTH recharge amount is waste as I do not have connection for the the last 15 days. They are giving the new connection immediately next day if you request but for existing customers they are not taking it serious and they are always cheating.
