I have paid electricity bill through the Payment gateway- Airtel thanks App.
The payment gateway took APCPDCLOB, through the Bill desk aggregator and paid the amount.
But the payment hasn’t been made to the electricity board.
The response from the grievance officer of airtel as well as from [protected]@airtel.com is that ” we request you to contact your bank and biller for any further assistance”. But the problem isn’t with them. The problem lies with the Airtel app.
The app initiated to pay the bill. But the payment hasn’t been made to the related electricity board.
