Regarding my data postpaid service on this number [protected]. I raised a concern about my incorrect billing for 1060 rs where 300 rs booster was still added even though I requested airtel customer care to remove the the booster during the beginning phase of the month (Jan)

Agent said he will followup and I clearly told them that I wont pay untill the bill is corrected. I didn’t recieve any futher calls after that and I didn’t use the services as well.

Recently, I get another call reminding me about the bill and saying the amount is now 3888 which shook me even though I didn’t use the service at all. I requested for my account suspension and clearly informed that I wont be paying this bill as I was charged incorrectly earlier and then never used the service from Jan onwards.

I called again today and spoke to Ahmed who was supervisor and he kept on accusing me of lying and that I have beel using my Airtel postpaid broadband service and refused to give me any proofs when I asked. I have proof that I have not used airtel data service on [protected].

My only request is that please close my accounts and I won’t be paying this bill because of the above mentioned reasons. Airtel customer service is so pathetic that no one documented any notes of my complain since the time I raised this concern, this is really unacceptable.
