My Airtel sim got deactivated although it had an active plan o[censored]nlimited data+2gb/ day pack and was under use.
I got a text message from the mobile number [protected] that my number was going to be deactivated in 36 hrs and it also said to contact in the same number. The next day, the sim actually got deactivated and the sim is not getting detected by the device.
Then I contacted the number in the message I received. It was picked up by a man, who claims to be from Airtel Customer Care. He asked me to install Team viewer quick support App to share my mobile phone screen for remote access and he was also constantly asking my bank details. His behaviour was quite suspicious and I am mot sure whether he is actually from Airtel Customer Care.
My Sim is currently in deactivated state although it was in use.
Please resolve the issue ASAP.
