I purchased Fastag from airtel payments bank, but due to covid, I was unable to activate it at that time. Now my wallet is in the Dormant stage and cant use my Fastag

registered a complaint at wecare on 30th Dec 2020 with CASE no 8053144,
There I got a reply like I have to visit the local touchpoints to update my KYC, I tried visiting more than 4-5 touchpoints, and Airtel STore to resolve this issue,
Today 20th Feb 2021, I haven’t received any solution yet and am unable to use my Fastag.
Am giving Airtel 2 options either:-
1) Reactivate my wallet / Payments bank
2) Refund the entire money I spent on Fastag
