My Airtel refund of Rs.11, 115/- paid on 28’th Nov 2020 has not been refunded till date.

I have lodged several complaints to customer care, in vain.

The complaint is about the refund not received till date for the double payment made to Airtel for purchase of Airtel Fiber ( complete package consisting of Fiber, Xstream box and fixed landline).

On 28’th Nov I had made payment for Rs 11, 115 (entire package for one year) via my banks netbanking using the Airtel link provided by your Sales person Mr.Subhash Chandra (cell no [protected]). This payment they said was not reflected in Airtel account for two days and so I was asked to make another payment again on 30 Nov 2020 of same amount. This payment was made using my credit card this time. I was assured that the earlier payment (of 28 Nov) will be refunded to my bank account immediately.

Now since 30’th Nov I have been following up with customer care and also with the accounts team. Several email communications between me and Airtel customercare team/accounts team/nodal west team/appellate west team has given me no results so far.

Request you to kindly look into this matter for refunding my Rs.11, 115/- . I also have relevant email communications from my bank that confirms Rs.11, 115/- has been credited to Airtel CC Avenue on 28’th Nov itself twice.
