I did not receive one item under the order ID: FL[protected]. And the other item received was the wrong product.
I have been trying for one month to contact customer care support but no one picks up the call. I have sent numerous mails to demand either the delivery of the product or my refund. But no response. I just receive some auto-generated emails.
It’s really sad that as a consumer we are paying for the product and we are not getting that product and then we are constantly begging for a refund.
I’m largely dissatisfied with the customer care services. I have been a regular user of AJIO but I doubt that I will use it anymore. It is such a mental trauma to e-mail every day. Call everyday and be on hold for 30 minutes and still nobody receives the call.
