We have ordered some clothes from Ajio website during mid March 2021. The initial transaction payment did not go through and so we tried with one of our other bank cards and the payment was successful and order got placed. After 3 days, to our surprise, the initial card which got declined for purchase also got charged with the same amount. We started requesting them that this transaction got duplicated, sent all the proofs from our banks for multiple times, called to the customer service representative multiple times in the last 90 days ( till date – June 20th 2021 ) and they keep informing us that we will refund you by this date and that date and it never happens. We are tired following up with them and this is a huge scam which they are doing by holding people money. Customer service is terrible and they do not know how to handle these kind of small situations. I hope they fix their customer service group coordination before they run out of people trust.
In short, I will never go back to ajio for purchasing anything because of this bad experience.
