I had placed and order id : FL[protected] with 3 items on 9th May and after its delivery on 21st May i had placed an exchange request order id : EX[protected] worth Rs.1657.
The courier agent who came on 24th May picked up the 3 items and delivered to me one item among the three that day.. when i asked him, he had told me that the rest two will be delivered on the next day. This exchange pick up is not reflected or updated in the ajio app till date. Also the same about the one that got delivered that day is neither reflected.
The next delivery agent who came on 27th May did not deliver my remaining products saying that my items to be picked up are pending. AJIO’S delivery agents’ miscommunication has resulted with me not receiving my product or my refund.
I contacted ajio through email and provided them with the details of my exchange pick up, the delivery agent’s number etc. They asked me to wait. It has been one week and till now there is no contact from ajio regarding the same.. and till now nothing is updated in the site..
