Hi, I believe this is the last and time I am emailing you as a request to REFUND MY MONEY for the order id : FL[protected]. I have been emailing you since forever now and you are not responding at all. Now I will be waiting for you email revert with a proper resolution and REFUND until Monday the 2nd August 2021 became if I do not get my refund by Monday, I will be FILING A LEGAL CASE against your company on TUESDAY MORNING i.e 3rd August 2021 positively with all the written proofs, screenshots and call records.

Wrong Product in a tampered packing was delivered to me on 15th July 2021.
I raised complaint immediately where I was asked for the pictures of the product received for you to investigate.
I immediately uploaded the pictures to your app.
24 hours after your investigation and picture verification, you accepted my RETURN AND PROMISED REFUND BY 24th July.
The same wrong product was picked up by you on 17th July 2021 after verification and you gave me a promise refund before 31st July, on app ass well.
I waited for 5 days and called your customer care on 22nd july.
On 22nd July, one of your female executives checked and assured me that my refund has been accepted and it will be credited to me on or before 24th July.
On 24th july when I didn’t get the refund, I emailed you and called you again. You never responded to the email but on call, your agent assured me about the refund and told me clearly that your refund has been issued by its taking time to refund to my bank as I paid via UPI method and assure me well that I will anyway receive my refund before 31st July and told me to wait patiently.
Meanwhile I kept emailing you but no ever cared to respond till date.
I kept trying to reach you on twitter, Instagram and Facebook but you guys never responded except on 26th July your social media team responded and replied to me on Instagram that I will get my refund within given promised date that is before 31 July 2021.
I patiently kept waiting but then on 28th July, you guys cancelled my refund on your own and sent me a sms stating
“ Hi Dr! We’re glad you changed your mind about returning the AJIO Product FL[protected]. Do continue to shop with us. For details click bit.ly/37ook6p”
Where in the fact is no one contacted me & I never changed my mind. The product still lie’s with you.
I immediately called your customer support and sent emails as well, again no one ever responded to email and on call your agent told me that your refund is cancelled and as per agreement with customer, product us being reshipped back to you wherein again the fact is no one contacted me ever and there was never any such agreement made.
I explained and complained the same where after understanding my concern, your agent raised a complaint and assured me refund before 31st july and gave me a ticket ID: [protected] and told me that you will be refunded withing next 48 hours and our team will contact you for the same.
Again no one ever contacted me and yesterday I called again your customer care, where in I was on call with one of your supervisor/senior executive Mr. RUPAYAN who after checking that the refund was accepted by ajio return team after checking pictures of product received and their investigation, assure me well that he has raised the REFUND REQUEST with the team and committed me that I will be getting my REFUND WITHIN next 24-48 hours and gave me a case id: COM[protected].
But until now, you haven’t refunded my money, haven’t responded to my emails, instagram messages, facebook messages, or on twitter.

Now this is getting over the head and has become a matter of EXTREME MENTAL TORTURE AND HARASSMENT FOR ME.

I am a GOVERNMENT DOCTOR and You have made my work and personal life HELL AND full of MENTAL HARASSMENT for my own money.

I once again, REQUEST you to REFUND my full money back at the earliest or I WILL UNFORTUNATELY HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS IN A LEGAL MANNER in the RESPECTED CONSUMERS COURT along with all the below mentioned proofs:
1. Call records of your executives promising my REFUND.
2. Call record of your Senior Executive Mr. Rupayan promising me 100% REFUND by or before 1st August.
3. Screenshot of your app mentioning my refund before 31st July.
4. Screenshot of your social media team promising REFUND by 31st July.
5. All the emails that I have sent to you and which you haven’t responded ever till date.
6. All the begging I have done to you on all social media be it facebook, Instagram and twitter and your zero response except for once on Instagram.

I will only wait until Monday for my REFUND.
