I placed order for gucci sunglasses on 2july2021, it was supposed to be shipped in7july 2021.
I had sent ajio an email on 12 july 2021 regarding delay in delivery of my order of gucci sunglasses.
I was promised a resolution and reply by 14 th july that is today 48 hours. I waited patiently no one has replied with a solution yet. I tried cancelling the order in ajio app, it is not getting cancelled, i called up customer care and spoke to numerous executives and supervisors they all tried but the order is not getting cancelled, i again wrote an email regarding cancellation and again i got automated email saying we will get in touch with you in 48 hours, what the hell first of all where is the solution to the email i wrote on 12 july 2021 why do u only send automated emails and then dont follow up and solve the problems. Because i cannot cancel the order and it has already crosed the delivery date i want the order cancelled at any cost and i also want an email reply or call with solution amd status of my order . No more automated replies, otherwise I will file official police complaint of cheating forgery and put everything on twitter .
