I have purchased the product from ajio on 3rd July 2021 and it got delivered to me on 13th July. I have not liked the product and places a return request for the same. Pickup boy came and took the return on 16th July and again next day he came and return us the product saying code is not matching so please reach out to customer care to place a different return request. I have made a complaint regarding this and customer care assured me that by 21st july you can make another return request and then their will be no issues.
Till now no resolution provided, they dont respond over the email or customer care will get connected after 20-25 min.
I seriously dont know what to do with them.
