I’ve ordered 5 pairs of jeans from Ajio on April 29, 2021, having Order# FL[protected]. Out of 5, 4 were sent together and the 5th one was sent separately. The estimated delivery date was May 7 according to the Ajio website. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the order containing 4 pairs of jeans was delivered only on May 16. However, the 5th one seems to be missing and it has not yet delivered. The shipment was sent through a courier named XpressBees. Ajio doesn’t have proper customer support and they’ve not yet responded with a correct response. They’re also not allowing me to cancel the order since it was already shipped. I no longer needed the 5th product, but seems like there is no way to cancel the order or get the refund. Please assist.
