I am writing this complain because i am tired of emailing/calling ajio customer care team about my refund. My complain no. COM[protected] and my return id Ex[protected]. I also emailed to Grievance Officer Mr. Hemant Bhatkar but no action taken by them. I talked to supervisor Mr. Shaheen, he gave me his word that in 24 hour you received money in your account, i emailed him my bank details and trust on their words but after 3 days of that i haven’t received my money. They also closed my complain without giving me any resolution as i attached a picture. There is no value of customers time for AJIO. Please provide me a solution for this.
