I received benetton white shoes. I returned them on july 4th and from july 5th the status it was showing in my Ajio app was ” Refund initiated”. But, till now I didnot even receive a single penny and its been morethan 15 days. Even after waiting for 15minures also I am unable to connect to customer care. Once the call got connected and they registered a complaint but of no use. Around 1980₹, the Ajio company is holding which I am claiming under the ambit of refund.
This is very bad and take an action on this AJio for their carelessness…
